SEASONAL MENU

A Well planned menu in order to enjoy our andalucian cuisine and culture with a view to our dishes prepared with products from the environment. The Chef suggest our natural artichokes saute’ with prawns and iberian bellota ham, seasonal vegetable strudel, bull tail and rock fish. Dishes are prepared with products from our environment, seasonal fruits and vegetables that we plant and cosset until they reach our table under the shape of delicious andalucian recipes.
